APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Please make any changes to your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the standard fee ($250 for the first visit, $165 for all follow-up visits) if notice of cancellation is given less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 48 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. We have the right to refuse to honor an appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
