Dr. Anne Mitchell, DACM, L.Ac., Dipl. OM is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and board-certified clinical herbalist. She graduated summa cum laude from the Pacific College of Health and Science in Chicago (PCHS), one of the most rigorous and prestigious institutions of Eastern medicine in the nation. Her 4-year doctoral program emphasized acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and Western biomedicine with an evidence-based approach to practice. These studies included over 3,000 hours of academic education and over 1,000 hours of clinical experience.

With an invested interest in women’s health across the lifespan, Anne specializes in serving the female patient population through her private practice. ​In addition to her private practice, she also has credentials to provide acupuncture for embryo transfers at Audubon Surgery Center in New Orleans, for fertility patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures. 

Most recently she completed a 12-month professional certificate in the elements of psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration at Psychedelics Today with some of the world's leading experts, researchers, and practitioners in this rapidly growing field.

In addition to her private practice, Anne loves to spend her time with her husband, cats, and their rainbow baby, Daisy, born in 2023.
